Any owner of a motor vehicle required to be registered under KRS186.050 (1) passenger or (3) (A) 6,000 lb. commercial vehicles.

This plate may be issued to any 6,000 lb. commercial or passenger vehicle owned, leased, or provided by an employer. This is a 5-year plate which means every 5 years a new plate will be issued. If you want to purchase this plate and the plate is in its 4th year, you will be purchasing a plate for 1 year. The next year you will have to purchase a new plate.
