| Remarks: This plate may be issued to any 6,000 lb. commercial truck or passenger vehicle owned, leased or provided by an employer. Also, one (1) handicapped parking placard may be issued to this person for an $8.00 fee. Any person who does not have a veteran or parking plate may obtain two (2) handicapped parking placards, the first for $8.00 and the second for $4.00. This type of plate is issued every five years, and will be replaced in the year 2003 and every 5th year after. |
