Who is eligible for this plate?
Any person who owns a motorcycle that is (25) twenty-five years old or older which is used primarily for exhibition in shows, parades ,tours and other special uses but not for general transportation.

Steps Required:
Request the Historic Motorcycle plate at the County Clerk's office.

Decal Expires:
No Expiration date.

Remarks:
The issuance of a Historic Plate must be approved by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. This plate is permanently issued to one certain vehicle and cannot be reissued to any other vehicle.
