Who is eligible for this plate?
Any member of the Masonic Order who possesses a vehicle required to be registered under KRS186.050 (1) or (3) (A).

Steps Required:
Provide the County Clerk with written proof of current membership in a Masonic Order.

Initial Cost and Cost each time a new plate is issued:
$28.00
Annual Renewal Cost:
$15.00
Decal Expires:
December 31st

Remarks:
This plate may be issued to any 6,000 lb. commercial truck or passenger vehicle owned, leased or provided by any employer. This type of plate is issued every five years, and will be replaced in the year 2003 and every 5th year after.
