Any current member of the Kentucky National Guard or retired member with twenty (20) years of service

Submit proof of current service or proof of twenty (20) years prior service for retired members to the County Clerk.

Remarks:
This plate may be issued to any 6,000 lb. commercial or passenger vehicle owned, leased, or provided by an employer. The initial cost includes a "one-time" fee and is not charged a second time, even if the guardsman does not purchase his National Guard plate for one or more years. Initial cost includes $5.00 which goes to the Veteran's Trust Fund. A minimum of $5.00 may be donated to the Veteran's Trust Fund at the time of renewal.
