Any owner of a passenger car or 6,000 lb. commercial truck except taxi cabs, airport limousines and rental motor vehicles.

Steps Required:
First time applicants need to apply at the County Clerk's office by October 1st of the year preceding the registration.

Remarks:
This personalized plate selection cannot conflict with the state number/letter system nor be offensive to good taste and decency. Owner has option each year of renewing with a decal or having the same plate made each year.
