Steps Required:
Provide County Clerk with written proof of current service as a Volunteer Fire fighter signed by the County Judge Executive or Mayor.

$15.00
Decal Expires:
December 31st

Remarks:
This plate may be issued to any 6,000 lb. commercial truck or passenger vehicle owned, leased or provided by any employer. This type of plate is issued every five years, and will be replaced in the year 2003 and every 5th year after.
